The Coffs Open Air Cinema is screening films every night under the stars from 5th-20th January 2008 at the Coffs Harbour Jetty foreshores. This is a wonderful opportunity for locals and visitors to the Coffs Coast to watch classic and contemporary films in a beautiful setting by the sea.

May 2007 - Beach Hut Media given the authority to formal assist a stock exchange

In early May, Beach Hut Media was given a letter of authority to work on behalf of a major Asia Pacific Stock Exchange to form close working relationships with other exchanges. The aim of which is to provide access to great markets and to utilize electronic stock exchange software.

CEO of Beach Hut Media – Brett Goldsworthy advised – “It is envisaged that the Asia Pacific Stock Exchange will grow in size rapidly from this introduction and collaboration of market place. Our aim is to have the two stock exchanges form a nonexclusive strategic alliance with each other and to cooperate on joint listings, trading technology and marketing. A deal could also include the possibility of investing in each other in the future.”

April 07 - Diamond International Corporation signs with Beach Hut Media

Diamond International Corporation signs a sales and marketing agreement with Beach Hut Media to sell their new global brand “Diamond Living Matrix Spa”. The agreement will see Beach Hut Media market and sell both Master Franchise and Standard Franchises Globally. By establishing a global advertising campaign Diamond Living Matrix Spa’s (www.diamondfranchises.com) will be marketed to various regions. With strong interest already from regions such as South Africa, Dubai, Japan, South America, North America and Australia the new Diamond brand is sure to be another success.

March 07 - Beach Hut Media assists Coalition for Climate Change

March 2007 was the State Election for NSW, Australia and the Coalition for Climate Change was contesting various political seats in the NSW election. Beach Hut Media Creative Director Neil Smith was engaged to assist in the lead up to the state election ands provide various websites and materials for one of the candidates.

February 2007 - Beach Hut Media to establish Film and Media Unit in Fiji

Beach Hut Media has established a local operation in Suva Fiji. It is the intent of the business to produce more than 25 feature films over the next 5 years, the investment value to Fiji being $450m. The business will work closely with the community, businesses and colleges to grow a sustainable Film and Media business that Fiji can be proud of. The first production begins in April 2007.

December 2006 - Beach Hut Media CEO receives Chinese Letter of Appointment

Beach Hut Media CEO – Brett Goldsworthy received formal Letter of Appointment from The Administrative Committee of China Yixing Industrial Park for Environmental Science and Technology.

The appointment certifies that Mr. Brett Goldsworthy has been appointed as Foreign Economic Cooperation Representative by National HI-Tech Industrial Development Zone – China Yixing Industrial Park for Environmental Science and Technology.

Mr. Goldsworthy explains that it is an important appointment that will allow Beach Hut Media to assist in the growth of businesses globally and to utilize the Cooperation of the Yixing city to allow foreign businesses to move their technology and manufacturing to Yixing City and take advantage of the environmentally friendly Zone

October 2006 - Beach Hut Media and A1GP sign advertising agreement.

Beach Hut Media and A1GP have jointly signed an advertising and marketing of sports rights agreement which will see Beach Hut Media work with clients to generate value and support with A1GP. Beach Hut Media and it management have had extensive years in motor sport and will bring it’s expertise in assisting both clients and A1GP.

October 2006 - Beach Hut Media and Smart Ventures Australia join forces to promote Japanese Technology.

Beach Hut Media and Smart Ventures traveled to Japan in September and October to meet with and arrange to market, promote and add value to Japanese technology, media and gaming businesses. The technology from Japan is truly unique in it’s field and the agreements will allow Beach Hut Media to promote globally these businesses.

September 2006 - Management Team Visit Japan

The Beach Hut Media management team visits Japan to meet with various industry executives to arrange two way distribution of products and services between Australian and Japan. Technology distribution to include - RFID, Mobile Technology, Blog software, new gaming hardware and software

August 2006 - Beach Hut Media signs with Phantom Fiber to provide Mobile and Wireless Communications in Asia Pacific. Phantom Fiber is a leading developer of wireless platform software that enables customers to deliver high-performance applications across global communications networks to mobile users. The Phantom Fiber wireless platform extends the rich multimedia content and user experience of existing Internet web sites securely and instantly to a wide array of wireless devices including PDAs and programmable cell / mobile phones.

July 2006 – Beach Hut Media enters into discussions with Global Private Equity Firms.  Beach Hut Media in a bid to reach it’s global targets has entered into major capital raising exercise to grow the business into a true global digital media company.  It is envisaged the increased capital will allow it to acquire further digital media and related entities to increase revenue and be able consolidate costs.

July 2006 – Beach Hut Media develops new search engine technology.  Beach Hut Media creative director Mr. Neil Smith and his team have developed truly unique search engine technology with a wide variety of applications. The technology breaks new ground and offers new techniques to uses that raises the benchmark in search engine technology.  Beach Hut Media will now look to patent than license the technology to others such as Google, Microsoft and Yahoo.

June 2006 – Beach Hut Media enters into strategic consultancy agreement with Japanese Investor Relations Business.  Beach Hut Media entered an agreement to supply consultancy and strategic marketing services to a variety of Japanese Groups.   Drawing on it’s skills in investor relations and media content and understanding the global gaming, media, liquor, technology industries Beach Hut Media looks to provide a long term strategic plans with it’s new partner in Japan.

April 2006 – Beach Hut Media Appoints Mr. Paul Fleming as Director and Shareholder.  Mr. Fleming was the former Executive General Manager - Consulting & Application Services - Fujitsu Australia & NZ.  He provides key leadership and management skills having worked for Fujitsu Australia, CSC, Oracle, Digital Equipment, and many other major firms.

April 2006 – Beach Hut Media Appoints Mark Johnson as Director, Shareholder and Chief Financial Officer.  Mr. Johnson is a proven Senior Finance professional with leadership and change management skills.  His role will be operationally focused due to a positive track record of consistency delivering against planned outcomes.  Mr. Johnson bring experience in working with organizations such as Fujitsu Australia, Chubb, Chubb Fire, CSC, Mobile Oil, Uniplex, and other UK based firms.

March 2006 – Beach Hut Media takes on new shareholders.  In a bid to increase the size of the business and to grow it’s global ambitions in digital media – Beach Hut Media has taken investment from local investors in Sydney who provide not only capital but industry knowledge and acumen to assist and guide the business.

March 2006 – Beach Hut Media acquires Cymbol.  Beach Hut Media acquires Cymbol and interactive and communications business with clients such as the AANA, Advertising Standards, CCS and Isobar.  Cymbol CEO Mr Neil Smith will now take on the role of Creative Manager for Beach Hut Media.

March 2006 – Beach Hut Media receives letter of agreement with TELentice Global Inc.  TELentice Global Inc desires to retain Beach Hut Media for representation of the TELentice software in the Asia Pacific region and to participate as a value added partner in selected opportunities worldwide. It is TELentice Global Inc understanding that this relationship will provide resources to coordinate and promote TGI interests in the region with TELentice Global Inc master reseller Fujitsu Australia Limited and other Fujitsu, independent resellers and network operators. TELentice Global Inc will pay a retainer fee of US$135,000 annually, reasonable travel expenses and a 5% override on license sales in the region.

March 2006 – Beach Hut Media signs Digital Media Sales and Advertising Agreement with Fujitsu Australia.  Beach Hut Media agrees to provide digital media sales and advertising services to Fujitsu Australia in support of Fujitsu Australia’s prime contract with Coles Myer and their 1st Choice Liquor Superstores.

March 2006 – Beach Hut Media signs agreement with US based Outdoor Media firm.  Beach Hut Media enters into agreement to partner and provide digital media services and strategy in conjunction with US based Outdoor Media Network.

March 2006 – Beach Hut Media signs with MasterCard International as a Payment Services Provider.  Beach Hut Media – payments division will now resell the services of the MasterCard International Gateway Services to it’s clients, whilst providing internet and mobile payment technology to it’s clients.

January 2006 – Beach Hut Media provides consultancy services to major Australian retailer.  Beach Hut Media has been asked to provide consultancy services in Digital Media to a major Australian retailer.  The services include design, development and implementation of systems.

January 2006 – Beach Hut Media receives contract from TELentice Global Inc offering Global Distribution rights of TELentice software into the Global Casino Industry.

December 2005 – Beach Hut Media agrees to partner with Fujitsu Australia for Mobile Payments.  Beach Hut Media agrees to supply mobile payments technology to Fujitsu Australia to enable it’s BPAD mobile device for use in QUE busting in one of Australia’s largest retailers.  It is envisaged Fujitsu Australia will prime a trial with the major retailer in Q! and Q2 2006 and Beach Hut Media will provide the payments technology software.

December 2005 – Beach Hut Media signs distribution agreement of software with London AIM Listed Group – IQ-LUDORUM SOFTWARE.  Agreement means that Beach Hut Media can represent in the Asia Pacific Region IQ Ludorum and it’s kiosk and mobile gaming software.

November 2005 – Beach Hut Media signs agreement to work with Federal Bank of the Middle East Cards Division and provide mobile payments technology and PCI services into the Middle East.

October 2005 – Beach Hut Media acquires Securebook. Beach Hut Media has agreed to acquire the intellectual property and business assets of Securebook. Securebook is a travel portal which allows consumers to purchase and pay for online their tailored airline tickets and accommodation in real time. Beach Hut Media – CEO, Brett Goldsworthy advises, “the systems developed by Securebook are truly unique in the travel industry and we will look to offer a booking portal service to dedicated tourism operators in the South Pacific in 2005 ad 2006 and than expand towards the end of 2006 globally: The purchase allows for current trading business and the IP and web sites owned and operated by Securebook.

October 2005 – Beach Hut Media delivers comprehensive software tool to the Automotive Industry Finance Industry.  Beach Hut Media software division designs, develops and delivers the most comprehensive online leasing tool to the world leader in Automotive finance.

September 2005 -Beach Hut Media moved into it's new office in the Technology Park at Lane Cove Sydney Australia.

August 2005 - Beach Hut Media signs a Multi Media and content agreement with Smart Procurement Limited UK.

July 2005 – Beach Hut Media signs Master Reseller Agreement with ScanAlert Inc.  The Master Reseller Agreement is to cover the Asia Pacific region and represent ScanAlert in the region for PCI compliance with Visa Asia.  Beach Hut Media will also provide ScanAlert’s leading product HackerSafe.

June 2005 – Beach Hut Media delivers 3D Animation content to the gaming industry the USA.  Beach Hut Media provides innovative 3D animation software to the gaming industry through it’s clients in Australia and the US.  The 3D Animation is used on Jackpot Machines and linked Jackpot Machines through out the US.  The software design allows for not only 3D animation but advertising for the :Landed Based Casino industry.
